1. About These Terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Canvas Flow Studio website, free resources, digital products, and services offered by Juvie T. Panaga. By accessing the website, downloading resources, purchasing products, or booking a call, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our Services
Free resources (e.g., the Workflow Alpha Excel template)
Digital products (e.g., the Workflow Alpha OS, via Contra)
Tiered access to ClickUp-based operating systems (Tier 1, Tier 2)
Done-For-You custom system builds (Tier 3)
Custom systems and website/funnel builds for individual clients
Booking of a "Systems Fit Call"
3. Free Resources & Lead Magnets
Provided as-is, for informational/educational purposes. Downloading may add you to our email list; unsubscribe anytime.
4. Digital Products & Tiered Access
Contra purchases are one-time and grant lifetime access to the version purchased, unless stated otherwise
Tier 1/2 unlocked via proof of an eligible annual subscription through our affiliate links; keys delivered within 4 hours of verification
We may verify receipts and decline access if requirements aren't met
All digital sales are final; no refunds once access/deliverables are provided, except where required by law
5. Done-For-You Builds & Custom Projects
Tier 3/custom builds require a Systems Fit Call before scoping
50% deposit to begin; remainder per agreed milestones
Deposits non-refundable once work has commenced, except as agreed in writing
Scope/timelines confirmed in writing before work begins
Multi-phase projects may pause if milestones aren't met, resuming once paid
6. Affiliate Disclosure
Canvas Flow Studio participates in affiliate programs for ClickUp, GoHighLevel, Systeme.io, Make.com, Kit, and Wise, and may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools we personally use.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, copy, templates, and the Workflow Alpha framework belong to Canvas Flow Studio and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission. For DFY/custom builds, ownership of the final delivered system transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing; Canvas Flow Studio retains the right to reference completed work as a portfolio piece/case study unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Resources, products, and services are provided "as is" with no guarantee of specific results. Canvas Flow Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging Tier 3/custom builds are responsible for timely access, information, and feedback, and for maintaining their own third-party tool subscriptions.
10. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
